Steps
1. Blend the Quick Yeast in half the warm water
2. Place the flour in a large mixing bowl, add the yeast liquid and mix roughly
3. Dissolve the salt in the remaining water, and then add this to the bowl
4. Mix in oil
5. Continue mixing thoroughly for four minutes using a wooden spoon
6. Oil your loaf tins, then spoon in sufficient mixture to half fill each one.
Smooth the top of the dough using a very wet pastry brush
7. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place until the dough is half inch from the top of the tin
(approx. 20 minutes)
8. Bake in an over pre-heated to 190 C, 375 F, Mark 5 for 30-50 minutes
9. Cooked bread should sound hollow when tapped underneath. Cool on a wire rack
