Cinnamon Honey Oatmeal Pancakes

Amount Ingredient Name Description
1 1/2 cups Organic rolled oats
1/2 cup Unbleached, all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 cups Organic buttermilk
2 tablespoons Wild Oats Canola Oil Plus more for cooking
3 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Wild Oats Large Organic Eggs Beaten

Steps

1. Mix oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and buttermilk together.

2. Mix in oil, honey, vanilla and eggs.

3. Heat nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Drizzle pan with a little oil.

4. Spoon batter onto skillet, making 3-inch round pancakes.

5. Cook until edges begin to brown, and bubbles appear in the middle of the pancake.

6. Flip and cook for about 30 seconds longer on the second side.

7. Serve with Wild Oats Organic Maple Syrup and Cinnamon Orange Honey Butter.
